Grizzly Bear Hunts

If harvesting a giant Grizzly bear is something you always dreamed of doing, then you are in the right place. Each year, Legacy Outdoors connects many bear hunters with top notch outfitters often ending in the hunt of a lifetime. Legacy Outdoors offers high quality hunts for grizzly bear. Grizzlies are the inland version of the brown bear and don’t have the luxury of feasting in salmon choked streams. They spend more time searching for food and are more nomadic. The areas we hunt have good populations and offer high success rates on trophy class bears. We have hunts that take place on river float trips, remote spring snowmobile hunts, fall ATV hunts and deep wilderness fly in spike camp hunts. The type of hunt you choose is a big part of the adventure and fun! Here at Legacy Outdoors, finding and hunting BIG bears is one of our passions. Let us help plan your perfect bear hunt.

Alaska Grizzly Bear Hunts

Grizzly bear in Alaska are smaller than the brown bear and are widespread in interior Alaska. They are hardy survivors of a harsh landscape. This is the primary place to hunt grizzlies. Hunts can be physical as often these big boars will be high up in sheep country for fall hunts. Hunts are often combined with either caribou and sheep. Our guides offer a great chance at a monster grizzly.

Nunavut Barren Ground Grizzly Bear Hunts

The Nunavut are allowed to guide nonresidents on grizzly hunts unlike much of Canada after Canada passed laws eliminating grizzly hunts. These guides are very good at what they do and hunts can be combined with several different species. The hunts yield great results with a very good chance of bringing home a record class trophy.
